Honda Two-Wheelers updated its 2017 line-up today with the launch of the Activa 4G. This is the fourth-generation of Honda’s top-selling 110cc scooter, and in their effort at being proactive, it is now BS-IV compliant. This means the engine, while still being the same 109cc mill churning out 8 bhp, is now meeting the revised emission standards. Good news for the environment then considering how many of these get sold. It also gets Auto-Headlamp On (AHO) as standard, along with a few nifty updates like a mobile charging socket and tubeless tyres.
Visually, there are a few changes to the front of the scooter to give it a sharper look, but for the most part, it is still the same old scooter the country adores. In addition to the colours available on the older model, the Activa 4G is now also available in Matte Selene Silver Metallic and Matte Axis Grey Metallic. And priced at Rs 50,730 (ex-showroom, Delhi) it sure looks set to continue its successful sales streak.
