Honda 2Wheelers India has unveiled the all-new X-Blade, a 160cc motorcycle, which will be launched in the first week on March. Also on display at the Honda pavilion is the entire 2018 lineup of its existing motorcycle lineup along with the next-generation Activa 5G.
The Honda X-Blade is claimed by the manufacturer to be the first motorcycle in its segment to feature an all-LED headlamp along with a LED tail lamp. Featuring a aggressive and sporty design, the X-Blade comes with a unique grab rails, stylish alloy wheels, dual outlet port silencer and a hugger fender completed with muscular graphics. The motorcycles gets an all-new digital instrument console that comes with additional service-due indicator and gear-position indicator. The X-Blade is powered by the tried-and-tested 162.71cc air-cooled motor which puts out 13.9 bhp and 1.4 kgm and comes paired to a 5-speed gearbox.
Honda also unveiled the 5th generation Activa which now get a new Deluxe variant. The scooter now gets digital-analog meter, ECO speed indicator and a service due indicator as well. On the features front, the Activa now comes with a full-LED headlamp and position lamp, and 4-in-1 ignition switch with seat button. The design of the scooter has also been give a mild update with a new front chrome garnish and two new colours shades.
Along with the 2018 Activa, Honda also showcased the 2018 edition of the Livo, CB Shine, CB Hornet 160, CBR 250R and the CBR 650F.
