Mahindra has established its arrival in the compact SUV space with the new Mahindra XUV300. Unlike the brand’s offerings in the past, the new XUV focusses on things like driving ability, feature-packed cabin, and is even available in a petrol-powered guise.

Major highlights of the XUV300 include disc brakes on all four wheels, longest wheelbase in the segment, heated ORVMs, steering modes, seven airbags, and a range of powerful engines (1.5-litre diesel and a 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol). There are three variants to choose from, namely W4, W6, W8. There’s also an optional pack on the top-spec W8.
Talking of choices, the Mahindra XUV300 is available in six colours. Depending on the variant and colour choice, the roof can be specced in white, in line with the market’s increasing demand for dual-tone schemes.
