This here is the BMW iX M60, it is a beautiful combination of three things. First, it can generate 610 bhp of power from two electric motors, which is enough for it to accelerate from 0-100 kph in 3.8 seconds, and then max out at 250 kph. Second, it has the practicality of an SUV, and third, it has a range of 566 km (WLTP). By the way, this is also BMW’s first M-badged electric vehicle which is based on BMW Group’s new future modular system.
The iX M60 differentiates itself from the iX’s other variants with the addition of the M60 badge on its tailgate, the blue-painted M-branded brake callipers, the 21-inch Aero Bi-colour wheels and the optional BMW Individual Titanium Bronze exterior package. Also, it comes with a standard adaptive dual-axle air suspension system along with electronically adjustable dampers. Plus, it gets Integral Active Steering system and M Sport Brakes for better driving dynamics.
Inside, it comes with a long list of features as standard. Among them, the highlight definitely has to be the curved panel display screens. Further, it gets a panoramic sky lounge LED roof, BMW’s live cockpit, a 30-speaker Bowers & Wilkins diamond surround system, four-zone auto climate control, cooled front seats, perforated leather upholstery, among others.
Whether the iX M60 comes to India or not, we know that it will surely turn a lot of heads on our streets. In India, the limited units of the iX that were brought have already been sold out. We’ll soon do a review on it, stay tuned!
