Chrome lovers rejoice as India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd. has released an all-chrome edition for their FZ-X. The first hundred buyers receive an additional Casio G-Shock watch upon delivery of the Chrome edition.
Yamaha India also launched a Metallic Black colour variant.
However, there is no change to the FZ-X internally as it still retains the 149cc engine producing 12 Bhp peak power @ 7,250 rpm and 1.3 Kg/m peak torque @ 5500 rpm. This bike also comes with its own Traction Control System (TCS), single-channel ABS in the front with a rear disc brake, Multi-function LCD instrument cluster, LED headlight and Bluetooth-enabled Y-Connect App.
The new FZ-X Chrome colour is available for Rs. 1,39,700 and the Metallic Black colour for Rs. 1,36,200 (Ex-showroom, Delhi).
