Kia has unveiled the facelifted EV6 in its homeland, and there are quite a few updates in store! The facelifted EV6 will now get a bigger 84 kWh battery pack, as opposed to the 77.4 kWh battery pack that is currently on offer. Kia also claims a maximum range of 494 kilometres.
The rear wheel drive variants of EV6 will produce an output of 225 bhp and a peak torque of 35.69 kgm, while the 4WD variants will produce 321 bhp of power along with an impressive 61.69 kgm of torque.
The already futuristic-looking EV6 will get redesigned headlights and updated bumpers. On the inside, there’s a new steering wheel, wherein the Kia logo is now placed on the right side as opposed to the conventional central placement. What’s more interesting is that you can now start your EV6 with your fingerprint. Oh wait, there are redesigned alloy wheels on the facelifted EV6 too!
While there’s no official confirmation from Kia yet, but we expect the new EV6 to reach the Indian shores by sometime next year. Stay tuned to Motoring for updates!
