Audi is stepping into a new era in China, unveiling a fresh vision with its new brand, “AUDI,” and the AUDI E concept. Gone are the iconic four rings, making way for a bold look that signals a unique path forward.

A fully electric concept crafted for China’s tech-savvy drivers. With an 800V electrical platform and a 100kWh battery, the E promises a range of 700 km with nearly 370 km of range in a mere 10-minute charge!

Performance complements the head-turning design, with a twin-motor setup and Quattro four-wheel drive delivering 754 bhp and 81.6 kgm of torque, achieving 0-100 kph in just 3.6 seconds!

Vorsprung durch Technik? Progress through Technology? Maybe…

Design-wise, the E uniquely captures a Cyberpunk 2077/Blade Runner dystopian future aesthetic, featuring an intriguing ‘black loop’ design that integrates all lighting and sensors into one central area, sloping rooflines, a Sportback silhouette, and distinctive wrap-around LED lighting.

However, Audi retained some classic elements, evident in the familiar wheel arches.

Inside, the cabin is packed with features to engage China’s fast-paced, tech-savvy crowd: seamless mobile integration, digital mirrors, and a full-length 4K touchscreen. An AI-driven AUDI Assistant avatar enables both touch and voice control, creating an intuitive, engaging user experience. “Luck favours the prepared,” Edna said, and she wasn’t wrong.

Set to launch in 2025, the E concept showcases Audi’s future! One that may not seem all that different, but it certainly will be!
