Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has expanded its scooter lineup with the launch of the Dio 125 X-Edition, priced at ₹87,733 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The new variant is positioned as a cosmetic update over the standard Dio 125, with no mechanical changes.

The Dio 125 X-Edition features new graphics and a revised dual-tone colour scheme. It is offered in Pearl Deep Ground Grey with Pearl Siren Blue, giving the scooter a more aggressive visual identity compared to the regular model. Honda has also introduced coloured alloy wheels finished in a matte shade, which are exclusive to this edition.

Additional X-Edition decals appear on the side panels, further differentiating it from the standard scooter. The overall silhouette, body panels and hardware remain unchanged. The scooter continues to use the same 123.92cc single-cylinder engine as the regular Dio 125, producing identical power and torque figures. There are no changes to the chassis, suspension or braking setup.

Feature-wise, the Dio 125 X-Edition retains equipment already available on the standard version, including LED lighting, a fully digital instrument console and keyless ignition. Honda has not introduced any new electronic or connectivity features with this update.

Bookings for the Dio 125 X-Edition are now open through Honda’s official website and authorised dealerships. Deliveries are expected to begin in the second week of February 2026.
