Royal Enfield has officially entered the electric motorcycle space with the launch of the Flying Flea C6 under its new urban mobility brand, Flying Flea. The motorcycle was unveiled on April 9, 2026, with bookings opening at 12 pm on April 10 at the brand’s first dedicated store in Bengaluru. Deliveries are scheduled to begin by the end of May 2026, with the rollout planned in a phased, city-by-city manner.
The C6 is priced at ₹ 2.79 lakh (ex-showroom), while a Battery-as-a-Service option brings the effective price down to ₹ 1.99 lakh. Developed as a lightweight, city-focused electric motorcycle, the C6 weighs 124 kg and produces over 400Nm of wheel torque.
Power comes from a 3.91-kWh lithium-ion battery paired with a motor producing 15.4 kW of peak power. The motorcycle has a claimed top speed of 115 kph and supports multiple charging options, including Rapid, Standard and Trickle charging through a standard 16A wall outlet. The battery can charge from 20 to 80 per cent in just over 60 minutes, while charging is said to add approximately 1 km of range per minute.
The C6 also features regenerative braking and a suite of electronic rider aids including lean-angle sensitive ABS, traction control and cruise control. Connectivity features include WiFi, Bluetooth and 4G integration, enabling functions such as remote monitoring, live location sharing and over-the-air updates.
In terms of design, the C6 draws inspiration from the original wartime Flying Flea motorcycle from the 1940s. One of its standout elements is a forged aluminium girder fork, a modern reinterpretation of the classic suspension layout. The bike will be offered in two colour options — Storm Black and Flea Green.
