Ultraviolette has launched a structured riding academy that brings its existing ‘Track Attack’ and ‘Into the Wild’ programmes under a common training and certification platform. The Bengaluru-based electric motorcycle manufacturer says it is the first electric two-wheeler maker globally to launch such an academy.

The academy will offer two separate pathways: Track Attack will focus on track riding, motorcycle dynamics and the fundamentals of performance riding, while Into the Wild will focus on off-road riding and technical terrain. Both programmes will follow a three-level structure, with each level combining classroom instruction, practical training, assessment and certification. Riders will have to clear the assessment at each stage before progressing to the next level.
Training will be conducted by certified instructors, including National Champions, at controlled racetracks and off-road facilities. The curriculum will cover areas such as braking, throttle control, body positioning, cornering and line selection for track riding, while the off-road programme will focus on balance, terrain assessment, obstacle navigation, motorcycle recovery and riding on loose and uneven surfaces.

At Level 1, riders will learn fundamental techniques, motorcycle control and safety principles. Level 2 will introduce more technically demanding riding scenarios, while Level 3 will focus on advanced techniques and higher-intensity track or off-road riding. Certification and progression will be based on demonstrated competence rather than simply completing the training.
Ultraviolette plans to run a year-round training calendar across a growing network of racetracks and off-road destinations in India. The first Level 1 Into the Wild session is scheduled to take place in Bengaluru on August 23, 2026, followed by a Track Attack session on September 27.

According to CEO and co-founder Narayan Subramaniam, the initiative is intended to create a structured progression for riders interested in both performance riding and technical off-road riding. He also described the certified training programme as the company’s first step towards electric motorsport in India.
