Bajaj Auto has launched Chetak 3201 Special Edition in the Indian market, priced at Rs 1.29 lakh (ex-showroom). The EV from Bajaj is available as of now, exclusively on Amazon, only for the month of August 2024.
Based on the top-spec ‘Premium’ variant, of the electric scooter, the Chetak 3201 special edition comes finished in a Brooklyn Black colourway with tone-on-tone embossed ‘Chetak’ decals on the side panels, along with a dual-tone quilted seat.
In terms of features, the special edition Chetak gets a monochrome TFT as standard, which can be upgraded to a colour TFT through the purchase of the ‘TecPac’. The TecPac includes Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, and two riding modes, namely Sport and Eco.
Powering the Chetak 3201 special edition is the same 3.2 kWh battery pack as the standard model, which takes 5 hours and 30 minutes to fully charge from zero to 100 per cent. It has a claimed range of 136 km on a single charge and can reach a top speed of 73 kph.
