The Bajaj Pulsar 125, which was launched last August, was targeted towards the commuter segment. And with this Split Seat variant and a few visual updates, Bajaj hopes it will attract the premium commuter segment crowd.
Apart from the namesake split-seat, it also gets new 3D graphics on the tank and rear cowl, blacked out alloy wheels with color-matched highlights and sporty grab rails to make it stand out from its standard variant.
The Pulsar 125 Split Seat variant is powered by the familiar, BS6-compliant 124.4cc DTS-i engine that churns out 11.63 bhp@8500 rpm and 1.10 kgm@6500 rpm. Transmission duties are carried out by a 5-speed gearbox that allows the motorcycle to start in gear.
Clip-on handlebars, a digital console and ABS round out the package. The Pulsar 125 Split Seat will be available in neon green-matte black, black-silver and black-red starting at Rs 79,091, ex-showroom, Delhi, for the disc brake variant.
