After its recent unveiling, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has revealed prices for the H’Ness CB350. The DLX variant can be yours for Rs 1.85 lakh, while the DLX Pro retails at Rs 1.90 lakh (all prices ex-showroom, Gurugram).
The H’Ness CB350 is powered by a 348cc, single-cylinder motor which produces 20.7 bhp @5500 rpm and 3.05 kgm @3000 rpm. This long-stroke engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox. It’s main rivals in the market currently are the ubiquitous Royal Enfield Classic 350 and the recently revived Jawa and Jawa 42. Although the styling has been kept with the CBs of yesteryear in mind, the H’Ness CB350 comes with a whole host of modern features.
This newest retro-themed motorcycle will be sold exclusively through Honda’s Big Wing dealerships in India. We’d have loved it if it was sold at all Honda two-wheeler dealerships though. The Japanese marque is producing the CB350 at its Manesar plant and claims to have almost 90 percent of localisation. Company officials had also stated earlier that this number could go up with time.
