The 2022 Kawasaki Ninja 300 has only minor stylistic revisions in the form of redesigned graphics. As compared to the 2021 Ninja 300, the updated graphics are only available on the Candy Lime Green and Ebony paint options. You can notice the updated graphics on the fairing and the fuel tank. Apart from these two colour options, you can even get the Ninja 300 in Lime Green.
The mechanical specs have not changed, and the BS6-compliant 296cc parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine will continue to power the 2022 Kawasaki Ninja 300. The motor generates 38 bhp and 2.75 kgm of peak torque paired to a 6-speed gearbox. A twin-pod halogen headlight, semi-digital instrument cluster, assist and slipper clutch system and dual-channel ABS are all carried over from the 2021 Ninja 300.
Even though there aren’t many changes, the Ninja 300 carries an asking price of Rs 3.37 lakh (ex-showroom). This is Rs 13,000 more than the previous generation Ninja 300. The Ninja faces competition from the likes of KTM RC 390 and TVS Apache RR 310. Last year, we rode the RR 310 on the track, do give it a read here. As for the RC 390, we’re eagerly waiting for KTM to get its updated version to India. Do let us know which one would you prefer.
