TVS is about to drop its first-ever adventure bike, the much-awaited RTX 300, and it’s got everyone buzzing. After showing off the RTX D4 engine at the 2024 edition of MotoSoul in Goa, there was lots of speculation on what bike it would power. Well, leaked shots doing the rounds from the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo have confirmed that the TVS Apache RTX 300 is ready to roll.

This new ADV bike mixes modern design with rugged adventure potential, making it a real contender. It sports twin LED headlights, a big windscreen, and a signature beak — some would say that there’s even a resemblance to the Triumph Tiger lineup. The golden USD fork gives it some serious front-end presence, while the muscular fuel tank and large exhaust add to that beefy look. The slim tail and white-finished subframe add a touch of uniqueness that sets it apart.

The RTX 300 is tech-packed, featuring a TFT screen and switchgear that’s clearly inspired by the TVS Apache RR 310. Expect cruise control, ride modes, traction control, Bluetooth, and possibly navigation. Powering this beast is a 299cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled RTX D4 engine, cranking out 35 bhp and 2.9 kgm of torque, all hooked up to a 6-speed gearbox.

The frame is a trellis design, supported by USD forks and a monoshock for that perfect balance of comfort and performance. With its 19-inch front and 17-inch rear alloy wheels, the RTX 300 is more road-focused when compared to the likes of the Himalayan 450. That said, an off-road version might drop later on, especially with the growing demand for trail-ready bikes.
