Audi has officially unveiled the all-new 2026 Audi Q3, marking the arrival of the third-generation model in its premium compact SUV lineup. This latest version brings a refreshed exterior, a high-tech and eco-conscious interior, multiple engine options—including a plug-in hybrid—and a strong emphasis on digital innovation.
The new Q3 follows Audi’s latest design language, inspired by the updated Q5. Up front, it features a split-headlight layout, where slim LED daytime running lights sit above the primary headlamps. These are integrated into vertical gloss-black trim pieces that connect with the lower bumper’s wide intake. At the centre, Audi’s signature octagonal single-frame grille dominates the fascia with a bold, repeating pattern.
Along the sides, pronounced shoulder lines and crisply sculpted wheel arches lend the Q3 a muscular, assertive look. At the rear, the SUV features a split taillight design, connected by a full-width LED light bar. Optional digital OLED lighting adds visual flair, while a faux rear diffuser and large bumper vent enhance the sporty stance. Buyers can choose from alloy wheels ranging in size from 17 to 20 inches.
Inside, the 2026 Audi Q3 has been reimagined to offer more space, greater functionality, and a cleaner aesthetic. The dashboard features two prominent displays: an 11.9-inch digital instrument cluster and a 12.8-inch central touchscreen, both slightly angled towards the driver for ease of use. The infotainment system runs on Android Automotive OS, supporting downloadable third-party apps like YouTube, and features an intelligent, AI-powered voice assistant that adapts to the driver’s behaviour.
Audi has also focused on sustainability, using recycled polyester and Econyl materials in the seats and carpets. The cabin is quieter, too, thanks to acoustic front windows, while minor ergonomic improvements—such as redesigned steering column stalks—free up additional storage space in the centre console.
The entry-level 1.5-litre four-cylinder TFSI petrol engine generates 150 PS. The second petrol option is a 2.0-litre TFSI four-cylinder unit that produces 265 PS and 400 Nm. The diesel engine option available with the new Audi Q3 produces 150 PS and 360 Nm of torque. It is offered in front-wheel drive format and is paired with a 7-speed S tronic transmission. The Q3 e-hybrid packs in a 25.7 kWh battery pack. It has a combined power output of 272 PS and 400 Nm of torque. In pure electric mode, the plug-in-hybrid variant can travel 74 miles or 119 km, as per WLTP standards. Fast charging is supported, with a 10% to 80% charge achievable in under 30 minutes when using a 50 kW DC fast charger.
With sharper looks, intelligent tech, a greener interior, and the flexibility of petrol, diesel, and hybrid powertrains, the 2026 Audi Q3 sets a new benchmark in the premium compact SUV space. It’s built for those who want everyday practicality without compromising on luxury, efficiency, or innovation.
