Ferrari has unveiled the CZ26, a bespoke one-off supercar created through its Special Projects programme for a US client. Based on the Ferrari SF90 Stradale, the CZ26 retains the donor car’s plug-in hybrid powertrain while receiving completely redesigned bodywork, revised aerodynamics and a bespoke interior. The project showcases Ferrari’s ability to transform its production cars into highly personalised creations tailored to the preferences of individual customers.
The CZ26 was designed by the Ferrari Design Studio under the direction of Flavio Manzoni. As with other Special Projects commissions, the development process took around two years, allowing the client and Ferrari’s designers to work closely on everything from the car’s exterior proportions to its interior detailing. The result is a supercar that retains the fundamental architecture of the SF90 Stradale but has a distinctive identity of its own.

Visually, the CZ26 moves away from the familiar profile of the SF90 Stradale with a clean two-box silhouette, pronounced wheel arches and a truncated rear section. Ferrari says the design draws inspiration from 1970s Italian industrial design, reinterpreting its characteristic shapes and proportions through a modern lens. The result is a cleaner and more sculpted appearance while retaining the aggressive stance expected of a Ferrari supercar.
At the front, the CZ26 features a full-width functional grille incorporating ultra-slim concealed lighting, brake-cooling intakes and various sensors. The nose has been designed to give the car a more distinctive visual signature while also contributing to its aerodynamic performance. At the rear, the bespoke treatment continues with cantilevered tail-lamps, a redesigned diffuser and titanium exhaust tips.
The exterior is finished in an exclusive Argento Veloce silver paint, complemented by Rosso Lampante accents and exposed carbon-fibre elements. These details give the one-off a contrast between its understated silver body and more performance-focused components.
Ferrari has also developed a unique interior for the CZ26, with bespoke materials and detailing designed specifically for the project. While the cabin retains the underlying architecture of the SF90 Stradale, its custom treatment further separates the CZ26 from the standard production model.
Underneath the bespoke bodywork, the CZ26 continues to use the SF90 Stradale’s plug-in hybrid powertrain, combining a twin-turbocharged V8 engine with three electric motors. Ferrari has not announced any major changes to the powertrain’s output, meaning the CZ26 remains fundamentally rooted in the performance technology of the SF90.
The CZ26 highlights the possibilities offered by Ferrari’s Special Projects programme, where customers can commission a unique interpretation of an existing Ferrari. Rather than simply adding cosmetic options, these projects allow Ferrari to create entirely new designs while retaining the engineering foundations of its production cars.
