Jaguar India has launched the updated F-Pace at Rs 69.9 lakh, ex-showroom, India. This is the price for the R-Dynamic S trim, which will be available in both the Ingenium 2.0-litre diesel and petrol powertrains. Yes, both the powertrains are priced the same. As for the SVR trim, we will have to wait a little longer before we see it compete against the AMGs and Ms.
With a ludicrous increase in petrol and diesel prices in our country, it doesn’t matter which engine you opt for in the F-Pace. But if you want more horses then you should be considering the 247-bhp 2.0-litre petrol engine which produces 37.2 kgm of torque, while the 2.0-litre diesel engine delivers 201 bhp and 43.84 kgm of torque. Both the engines are paired to an 8-speed auto ‘box and come with all-wheel drive.
In terms of design, this updated F-Pace comes with quite a few changes. For instance, the grille has now become larger, bumpers have been redesigned, and the all-LED quad headlights have become slimmer than before. Coming to the rear, it seems like the taillights have taken inspiration from the I-Pace. Inside, there is an 11.4-inch curved touchscreen centre console that comes with the Pivi Pro infotainment system. And for the upholstery, you can either choose from Mars Red or Siena Tan options.
Furthermore, the F-Pace does come with a host of features, which include a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, four-zone climate control, 3D surround camera, panoramic sunroof, electronically reclining rear seats, among others. Do stay tuned for our review!
