Jeep has introduced a special Anniversary Edition of the Jeep Compass, priced at INR 25.26 lakh, to mark the SUV’s eighth year in the Indian market. This limited-edition model features aesthetic updates and additional accessories compared to the standard version. Bookings are now available both online and at authorised dealerships.
The Jeep Compass Anniversary edition comes with dual-tone decals on the bonnet and a velvet red embellishment on the sixth grille slot.
Inside, it features red seat covers and added accessories such as white ambient lighting and an integrated dashcam.
This special edition is based on the Compass Longitude (O) variant, which is priced at INR 24.83 lakh (manual) and INR 26.83 lakh (automatic). The Anniversary Edition costs around INR 43,000 more than the standard variant.
Mechanically, there are no changes in the Compass Anniversary Edition. It is powered by the same 2.0-litre, four-cylinder diesel engine producing 168 bhp and 35.11 kgm of torque. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual and a 9-speed automatic, both with front-wheel drive. The Anniversary Edition does not offer the optional 4WD configuration available on higher trims.
The regular Jeep Compass lineup starts at INR 18.99 lakh and goes up to INR 32.41 lakh (ex-showroom), competing with vehicles such as the Volkswagen Tiguan, Hyundai Tucson, Tata Harrier, and Mahindra XUV700.
