The Lamborghini Revuelto has arrived, and what a spectacular note the Italian car maker has decided to end the year on! While Lamborghini did previously say that all units of the Revuelto were accounted for, some units have been allocated for India. We cannot wait to get behind the wheel of the Aventador successor. Who cares if it comes with the eye-watering price tag of Rs 8.89 crore (ex-showroom)? It’s a new Lamborghini in the country!
It’s obvious that the Revuelto retains the traditional design language Lamborghini is known for. However, the Italian designers, like they always do, have given the Revuelto its own character, which is apparent by the rather sharp-looking front end. The side profile is typical Lamborghini as well, and then there are those tasteful looking alloy-wheels. Even at the rear, with the twin tailpipes taking centre stage and the sleek tail-lights on either side, along with the purposeful-looking diffuser, the Revuelto is madness when it comes to aesthetics! The trademark orange shade is certain to take you back to the days of the Murcielago.
However, the big talking point is what powers this car, and we are sure you’ve heard a lot about it. This is a 6.5-litre V12 behemoth, paired to three electric motors, which join forces to churn out a staggering 1001 bhp and 73.9 kgm of torque! To top that, it gallops to triple digits in just 2.5 seconds, while maxing out at 350 kmph. If that doesn’t interest you, you need help!
Inside, it gets a Y-shaped dashboard, and in addition to the 12.3-inch digital cluster and the 8.4-inch vertical touchscreen unit, there’s also a 9.1-inch passenger display as well. In typical Lamborghini fashion, the controls are designed to resemble those on a fighter jet. Apart from the regular connectivity options, the Revuelto also comes packing with a host of ADAS features such as lane departure, parking assistant, adaptive cruise control, rear cross traffic alert, side assist, and intersection assist among others.
