JSW MG Motor India has launched its first-ever MG Select Experience Centre in Thane, Maharashtra, marking a new chapter in the brand’s journey into India’s luxury automotive segment. Located at Rosa Vista, Waghbil, Kavesar (Thane West), the new showroom is a dedicated space for showcasing MG’s flagship models — the M9 luxury MPV and the Cyberster electric roadster.

Unlike conventional showrooms, MG’s Select Experience Centres are designed to feel like modern art galleries, with clean, white interiors and minimalistic design that place the vehicles at centre stage. The company aims to redefine how customers experience luxury cars, offering a blend of premium aesthetics and immersive technology.

The Thane outlet is the first of 14 planned centres that will be rolled out across 13 key cities by Q3 2025, signalling MG’s strong intent to cater to a growing base of luxury car buyers in India.

Speaking at the launch, Anurag Mehrotra, managing director of JSW MG Motor India, said:’ Luxury consumption in India has grown exponentially in recent years. With MG Select, we aim to create a niche for luxury car buyers by redefining and elevating the ownership journey. Our vision of reshaping the Indian luxury automotive landscape aligns with our dealer partners. Together, we will set new benchmarks by offering technologically advanced products and exclusive experiences.’

The newly unveiled M9 MPV will be the first product to be retailed exclusively through the MG Select outlets, followed by the launch of the highly anticipated Cyberster, MG’s bold two-door electric roadster. While pre-bookings for both vehicles have already begun, MG has yet to confirm its official launch prices.
