Škoda Auto is marking a major milestone—25 years in the Indian market—by launching special “25 Years Limited Edition” versions of its popular models: the Kushaq, Slavia, and Kylaq. These limited-run editions bring a mix of subtle cosmetic tweaks, added features, and exclusive touches to celebrate the brand’s journey in the country.

The 25 Years Limited Edition is offered across multiple engine and gearbox configurations, including both the 1.0-litre and 1.5-litre TSI petrol engines with manual and automatic transmissions. Prices (ex-showroom) are as follows:

  • Škoda Slavia: ₹15.63–18.33 lakh
  • Škoda Kushaq: ₹16.39–19.09 lakh
  • Škoda Kylaq: ₹11.25–12.89 lakh

While the mechanicals remain unchanged, the updates focus on styling and equipment. All three models adopt a darker, more stealthy colour scheme, with ‘25 Years’ badging to mark the occasion. The Slavia and Kushaq get the Monte Carlo body kit along with bright red accents, which contrast sharply against the black paint, giving them a sportier look. The Kylaq, in comparison, is kept simpler with an all-black exterior and without the Monte Carlo kit or red detailing—likely to maintain its budget-friendly positioning.

In terms of features, all three models benefit from a 360-degree camera system, dubbed the “360 Area-View Camera” by Škoda. The Slavia and Kushaq also receive puddle lamps and underbody lights for added convenience and flair, while the Kylaq gets only the puddle lamps.

The Kylaq, Škoda’s most affordable offering in India, competes in the highly competitive sub-4m SUV segment. It’s priced from ₹8.25 lakh to ₹13.99 lakh (ex-showroom) for the standard range. The limited edition upgrades here are minimal, focusing mainly on the new paint and branding.

The Slavia and Kushaq, meanwhile, are built on Škoda’s India-specific MQB A0 IN platform and share much of their hardware, including the option of the punchy 1.5-litre TSI engine alongside the efficient 1.0-litre TSI. The Slavia’s standard range starts at ₹10.49 lakh and stretches up to ₹18.33 lakh, while the Kushaq starts at ₹10.99 lakh and tops out at ₹19.09 lakh (ex-showroom).

With these 25 Years Limited Edition models, Škoda is offering buyers something extra to commemorate its quarter-century presence in India. While the upgrades are largely cosmetic, they add exclusivity and flair to already well-regarded cars. For customers, it’s an opportunity to own a piece of Škoda’s celebratory history—complete with enhanced style and a touch of premium appeal.
