The Altroz Racer has been making it to the headlines lately, and for good reasons. The Altroz Racer has set a lap record at the CoASTT High Performance Centre, making it India’s fastest hatchback, as certified by India Book of Records.
The lap time of 2 minutes 21.74 seconds was set by none other than ex-Formula One driver Narain Karthikeyan, on the 25th of June. The Tata Altroz Racer beat its competitors, the i20 N Line and Fronx Turbo, to achieve this feat.
You can get yourself an Altroz Racer with a 1.2 litre three-cylinder turbo-petrol under the hood, producing 118.2 bhp and 17.33 kgm of torque, paired to a six-speed manual. Check out our review of the Altroz Racer here!
