If you thought that you’re done with financial planning for this year, then you might want to read this. Due to the usual reason behind a price hike (rising input/material costs), Tata Motors has announced a price hike for its cars.
Effective from January 2018, Tata products will be dearer by up to 25,000. The increase also affects the recently launched Tata Nexon, whose introductory price will end this month.
Tata Motors’ President for the Passenger Vehicle Business, Mayank Pareek said, “The changing market conditions, rising input costs and various external economic factors have compelled us to consider the price increase. We are optimistic on maintaining our growth trajectory in the coming year on the back of our robust product portfolio like TIAGO, HEXA, TIGOR and the recently launched NEXON.”
