The Q8 facelift boasts a striking yet familiar design to the previous rendition.
The front features a new single-frame grille and Audi’s matrix LED headlights. The grille now has an octagonal mesh design. Additionally, the headlights are configurable light modules, adding an aesthetic choice for the driver. Both the front and rear bumpers have been reworked and now sit on 21-inch wheels.
Under the hood, the Q8 is equipped with a 3.0-litre V6 turbo-petrol engine. This engine delivers 335 bhp and 50.9 kgm of torque. It allows the vehicle to accelerate from 0 to 100 kph in 5.6 seconds. The engine is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and Audi’s Quattro all-wheel drive system.
The interior of the Q8 facelift remains largely similar to the previous model, though with minor updates. It now features a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and dual touchscreens with haptic feedback. The vehicle includes four-zone climate control and leatherette seats with electronic adjustments. Additionally, the rear seats fold flat, offering a maximum boot capacity of 1,755 litres.
The Audi Q8 continues to feature a Bang & Olufsen sound system. It also has four-way adjustable lumbar support for the front seats and a large central touchscreen display with connected tech and other community features.
Overall, the Audi Q8 facelift remains largely the same. Audi’s aesthetic upgrades are a mere addition. Is the facelift a bonus, or could it have been something more? Share your thoughts on our socials.
