On a sunlit Sunday morning, 18 Ather owners from Coimbatore set out for a day of adventure at the picturesque Singallur Lake, leaving behind the city streets for something a bit more rugged. We, the Ather Club Coimbatore had organized a Dirt Camp, inviting riders to ride their beloved 450s and 450Xs on off-road trails.
It was a day full of challenges and thrills as the group navigated muddy tracks, pushed their machines to the limit, and experienced the joy of off-roading in a way that few had before. The sight of these quiet, futuristic scooters kicking up dirt and manoeuvring through rough terrain was both a testament to Ather’s engineering and the adventurous spirit of the riders.
But the day was far from over after the trail ride. Some of the participants had the foresight to pack basic cooking equipment, and soon after the ride, the group came together to cook up a feast. The aroma of freshly brewed tea and the familiar scent of Maggi wafted through the air as everyone gathered around, sharing stories and laughter.
The impromptu picnic added a warm, communal touch to the event, transforming it from just another ride into a memorable day out with friends. The Ather Dirt Camp perfectly captured the essence of what the Ather Club Coimbatore is all about – not just riding, but building a community, enjoying the journey, and making lasting memories together.
