Harley-Davidson’s Pan America is no stranger to adventure, but thanks to a Dutch custom outfit, it’s now ready to fight a very different battle — on the street. Rotterdam-based Powerbrick, in collaboration with CNCPT Moto and Harley-Davidson Rotterdam and Amsterdam, has unveiled a bold new kit that strips the American ADV of its off-road armour and reshapes it into a menacing, minimalist streetfighter.
This ready-to-install kit radically alters the ADV’s silhouette. The windscreen, beak, and front fairing are gone, replaced by a simple bracket that retains the factory headlight and TFT display. The chunky tank shroud has also been removed, now topped with a machined aluminium filler that preserves the OEM sensors.
But the transformation is most dramatic at the rear. A bolt-on aluminium subframe co-developed with Nius Moto, supports a slim tail unit that cleverly houses the stock LED tail light, battery, wiring, and even the ABS pump. Add to that a 3D-printed undertray and side covers, and you have a rear end that looks sharp and surgically clean.
Mechanically, the Pan America’s 1,250cc Revolution Max engine remains untouched, along with the Showa semi-active suspension and Brembo brakes. However, it now breathes through a stainless-steel header system and a Powerbrick RE-02 muffler. Road-biased Pirelli Angel GT II tyres wrap around spoked wheels, signaling the shift in intent.
The entire bike is finished in Aston Martin’s Spirit Silver with red accents, while the seat is a custom unit by Silvermachine. The overall fit and finish look factory-spec, despite the radical changes.
While Harley-Davidson hasn’t made a streetfighter since shelving the Bronx, this custom kit shows just how well the Pan America platform could adapt to a new role. And if enough people want one, who knows — maybe Harley will take the hint.
