KTM has unveiled the much-anticipated 390 Enduro R, a dream come true for off-road enthusiasts. This rugged new motorcycle follows the brand’s signature Enduro design, featuring a lightweight trellis frame, a short headlight cowl, minimal plastic bodywork, and a slim profile. The single flat bench seat adds to its off-road-ready appearance.

The 390 Enduro R is built for tough terrain, equipped with 21-inch front and 18-inch rear spoke wheels. It also boasts USD forks at the front and a monoshock rear suspension, with a revised handlebar position compared to the 390 Adventure R, aimed at enhancing off-road comfort and control.

Powering the 390 Enduro R is KTM’s 399cc LC4C engine, the same unit found in the 390 Duke. This engine produces approximately 45 bhp and 3.97 kgm of torque, paired with a 6-speed gearbox. Although the same engine is used in the 390 Adventure R and 390 SMC R, the Enduro R could feature slightly different gearing to optimize performance for off-road riding, a detail that will be clarified in the coming days.

In the images released, the bike is shown with several KTM-branded accessories, including a tank bag, compact saddle bags, and a stylish exhaust end-can, further emphasizing its adventure-ready appeal.

While the 390 Enduro R is unlikely to be sold in India, where it will be manufactured, KTM plans to target European markets, where Enduro bikes have a strong following. However, Indian enthusiasts can still hold out hope for the bike’s eventual arrival. For now, we eagerly await more details as KTM reveals its plans for global markets.
